(c) The commissioner shall maintain a list entitled "Indiana Registered Cross Connection Control Device Inspectors, All Inspectors", which is comprised of cross connection control device inspectors registered in Indiana. (d) The commissioner shall maintain a list entitled "Indiana Registered Cross Connection Control Device Inspectors, Active Inspectors", which is comprised of cross connection control device inspectors: (1) that are registered in Indiana in accordance with subsection (a)
- and (2) who have requested their inclusion on this list in writing to the commissioner during the previous two (2) years. (e) The commissioner shall make the lists described in subsections (c) and (d) available to the public upon request.
