    (d) An individual who provides written proof to the department that he or she was actively employed as a radiation therapist for at least one (1) year prior to the effective date of this rule is exempt from subsection (c) and will be granted a radiation therapist license upon the completion of requirements under 410 IAC 5.2-4.
