Rehabilitation Counselors Licensing in Wyoming

• Has received a Masters or Doctorate degree in professional counseling. 3.
• Demonstrated knowledge in the field of professional counseling. 4.
• Demonstrated that (s)he has completed 3,000 hours of supervised clinical experience including a minimum of 1,200 hours of direct client contact.and 100 post graduate degree hours of clinical supervision with a DQCS 5.
• A passing examination score on the National Board for Certified Counselors (NBCC) National Counselor Examination (NCE) or the National Clinical Mental Health Examination (NCMHE), or a passing score on the Certification Examination administered by the Commission on Rehabilitation Counselor Certification (CRCC) or a passing score on other examinations as may be approved by the Board.
• Continuing Education Licensee must have at least three hours of continuing education activities in professional ethics and three hours of continuing education activities in suicide assessment and prevention every renewal period.
• Restrictions Felony conviction.
• Misdemeanor convictions involving moral turpitude.
